Forgotten Animals of Los Angeles takes great pride in the level of attention we give to animals, from the time they come into our care through their final adoption. We have a careful screening policy and thoughtful placement practice. Are you ready to adopt a pet?  Find out more...

1.   If you are interested in adopting one (or a pair?) of our cats or kittens, first download and complete the Adoption Application form , and send it back to us. Download a free copy of Acrobat Reader.

2.   Complete the form and fax or mail it back to:

3.   When we receive your completed application, we will contact you to schedule a time for you to come and meet the animal.

4.  If you decide you want to adopt, we will schedule a home check. Then, once we've determined that all requirements in your home are met, we will arrange to deliver the animal to you. In most cases we require an adoption donation of $150.00, which is tax-deductible. This covers all of the following (but may not be limited to): spay/neuter, inoculations, deworming, testing for feline leukemia virus/feline immunodeficiency virus, flea treatment (if needed), and microchip.
